Excellent source of ashwagandha
The AKSHAR ashwagandha gummies are a wonderful way to get the benefits of ashwagandha without having to swallow capsules. Ashwagandha has several benefits, including reducing stress relief, as well as boosting focus, clarity, and sleep quality. I do find that I sleep better after taking these daily for several weeks. Each dose contains 300 mg, a reasonable amount. Some amount of chicory root is included as well to improve digestion.
The gummies are cherry flavored with natural ingredients and also slightly sweet, though there are no added sugars. Each dose is only 10 calories. The flavor is decent and doesn't taste of medicine, so they're quite a pleasure to take. Chewing and swallowing is easy. It doesn't really get stuck in my teeth like candy. I haven't noticed any ill side effects, such as indigestion or queasiness.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the AKSHAR gummies, a fine source of ashwagandha. The product seems to be manufactured according to GMP standards and contains high-quality ingredients. The bottle contains a 30-day supply, with each dose around $0.60, making for a very reasonable value. If you're tired of taking large supplement capsules, this product is worth a try.
Very helpful with mood
These definitely do the job. Ashwagandha is one supplement I can very much feel kicking in when I take them. It helps me feel both alert but also calm, it's a very nice feeling. However if I take them too often, I lose some of the effect so I have to be judicious. I also sleep well on these as long as I don't take them too near bedtime.
Ok now on to details. One thing I like about gummies is it's easy to just chomp off a partial dose. I did that at first until I was adapted and later found that one gummy in the morning and one in the evening works nicely. I have not noticed any negative side effects. I have even taken them on an empty stomach with no issues.
These gummies are not great tasting, they taste like sugar with an undertone of mud. In my experience ashwagandha just does not taste that great. It's not horrible but no amount of flavoring seems to make it actually taste good either. They are also a bit greasy on the outside of them, that's another thing I usually see with ashwagandha gummies so there's probably no fixing that either. The texture and mouth feel of the gumminess itself is decent. A lot of medicinal gummies are hard and leathery like but these are soft and easily chomped.
The product comes in a nice container with screw on lid, double sealed with a foil seal under the easy open child 'proof' cap. The amount of gummies for the price seemed reasonable and the potency was overall better than average from what I could feel. Overall ashwagandha has been very helpful to my mood and I'm glad I got these.

These gummies are so tasty! The health benefits of Ashwagandha for a perimenopause woman are plentiful. These gummies are easy to chew and swallow. Highly effective and great quality.

These are an effective, quality, good-value way of getting in your daily calming support supplements. These have helped me with sleep quality and mellowing out my energy levels. These gummies have a very nice, natural fruit flavor, a gentle scent, and a bouncy texture, and I look forward to taking them every morning. I haven't experienced any negative effects or stomach issues whatsoever from taking these gummies. I like the clean ingredient list. I definitely recommend this supplement.
